Ridgeline Creative uses AI tools across four service areas: 1. Ridgeline Creative does not currently engage third-party fairness auditors. As a sole trader, internal review is conducted by the founder prior to all client deliveries. AI agent outputs are tested against defined use cases before deployment. We are committed to implementing more structured review processes as the business scales.

All concerns are reviewed personally by the founder within 2 business days. Where an AI output is found to be inaccurate, biased, or harmful, it will be corrected or removed at no cost to the client. We do not generate synthetic likenesses of real identifiable individuals without explicit consent.
Sustainability & society
Environmental impact
Ridgeline Creative is a remote, digital-only studio with no physical office, manufacturing, or logistics footprint. Environmental impact is limited to energy consumption associated with cloud computing services. We prefer cloud providers with documented sustainability commitments , Cloudflare has publicly committed to operating as a net-zero business. We do not run local GPU compute for AI workloads where cloud alternatives are available.
Societal benefit & responsible scaling
Ridgeline Creative uses AI to make enterprise-grade digital products accessible to small Australian businesses that cannot afford traditional agency rates. We offer discounted services to veterans and ADF members, and we disclose AI involvement in all client work. As we scale, governance will follow a formal review checklist per project, annual policy updates against Australian Government guidance, and eventual ISO 42001 alignment. All AI outputs remain under human review at every stage.
